01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jz018 ("jz018", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the betting and gaming platform available at jz018.io. These Terms apply to all services offered on the jz018 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products made available from time to time.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through jz018, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, jz018 will immediately suspend the account, void any bets placed, and return deposited funds after deducting any amounts already paid out, in accordance with applicable procedures. 03 Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money gaming on jz018, you must first register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

jz018 processes KYC verification using standard identity documentation. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority, along with proof of address where required.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jz018 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods approved for use by players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other authorised Bangladeshi financial institutions as listed on the platform at any given time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on jz018:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳500.

05 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the jz018 platform across all sports markets and casino games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jz018 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where jz018 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• Manifest errors: If a bet is accepted as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or human error that results in an obviously incorrect price, jz018 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by sport, event, and market type and are subject to change without notice.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket and other sports events. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of play. Bets accepted during a delay in odds updates remain binding unless a manifest error is confirmed.
• Event cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to jz018's sport-specific rules, which are published in the platform's help section. Generally, if an event does not reach its scheduled completion, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, dedicated cricket betting rules apply. A minimum of the agreed number of overs must be bowled for most bet types to be settled as valid.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

07 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jz018 platform — including but not limited to the jz018 brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jz018 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jz018 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content.
• Creating derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used in connection with the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to jz018 collecting and using your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications where you have opted in.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
• At the player's own request, including a self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or inactivity (and no breach of these Terms has occurred), any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the completion of applicable checks. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, jz018 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to apply any applicable forfeitures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the jz018 website. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
